- 4 avocados
- 4 spring onions
- 4 tomatoes
- 2 peppers
- 1 small cucumber
For the sauce
- 250gr (0.55 lbs) greek yoghurt
- 4 tablespoons finely chopped dill
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 200gr (0.44 lbs) fèta cheese
- 1 tablespoon EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Preparation of Avocado salad recipe:
- Chop all vegetables and put them in a salad bowl.
- Prepare the sauce (dressing) with the yoghurt, garlic, pepper, dill and lemon juice and pour over the salad.
