List of ingredients of Zucchinis with garlic in the oven:

  1. 2 kilos (4.4 lb) Zucchinis
  2. 7-8 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  3. 4 tomatoes
  4. Parsley
  5. 1 cup EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
  6. Salt and pepper

Preparation of Zucchinis with garlic in the oven:

  1. Wash the courgettes and carve them across with a knife to tuck in the garlic.
  2. Place the courgettes neatly into a baking pan.
  3. Add in the olive oil and the grated tomatoes; sprinkle with the dill, salt and pepper to taste, and cook in the oven for an hour.
  4. Sprinkle with parsley again.
