  1. 1 kilo (2.2 lbs) fish
  2. 1 kilo 82.2 lbs) potatoes
  3. 1 cup EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
  4. 2 lemons, juiced
  5. Salt
  6. pepper
  7. oregano

 

 

Preparation of Roast fish with oregano and extra virgin olive oil:

  1. Clean the fish and slice it.
  2. Place on a baking pan, the sliced potatoes around it, season with salt, pepper and oregano and sprinkle with olive oil, lemon and a little water.
  3. Then bake at a moderate temperature for about an hour.
