- 2 garlic heads,
- 1 small onion,
- 1 green pepper,
- 2 ripe peeled tomatoes,
- 1/2 kg (1.10 lbs) stale bread,
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil,
- Vinegar,
- Salt
Preparation of Sevilla sopeao cold soup recipe:
- In a mortar, mash the garlic, the rock salt, the tomatoes and the pepper.
- Little by little, add bread, water and vinegar.
- When the bread becomes spongy, remove the water that seems excessive and pour the diced onion and olive oil into the mixture.
