  • 1/2 liter.(33.81 oz) milk,
  • 100 ml (3.38 ounce) fresh cream,
  • 100 gr. (0.22 lbs) sugar,
  • 150 gr. (0.33 lbs) Xixona turrón.

 

Preparation of Spanish Nougat ice cream recipe:

  • Use a knife to slice up the soft turrón.
  • Mix it with the milk, sugar and cream to obtain a paste, neither too soft nor too hard.
  • Leave to stand for over five hours.
  • Tip into an ice-cream dish and freeze until it has the desired consistency.
